The Mindset Mumma Workshop is your space to flip the script on what postpartum identity actually looks like, giving you the language, the tools and the permission to love and let go of who you were and own the powerful mum you are becoming.
By the end of our time together, you'll walk away with a different lens on your postpartum experience, able to embrace the change and reconnect with you self, in turn, finding the confidence to reconnect to those around you and build your village.

Shifting the Mindset
You're not lost, you're experiencing matrescence. Let's break down what this actually means, and why it feels like grief and becoming all at the same time.
Finding yourself
Guided reflections, journal prompts, and questions that make you think a little bit deeper about what's going on for you. Because this journey looks different for every mum, yet we are all feeling the same pull.
We take it back to your ever-shifting values, identity, and way of life, and how you make peace when these change.
Reframing
Turning lost into found, this is the heart of the workshop.
I've created a cheat sheet which you'll have access to on the day and can refer back to when you need it. This isn't toxic positivity, it's shifting the lens, finding gratitude where you can, and being open to the silver linings.
Writing the Next Chapter
We close with grounding, intention, and a path forward. This doesn't guarantee all the answers, but sets your compass for a path through motherhood that isn't doom and gloom, it's revive and thrive.
