Motherhood is a lot. And if you've landed here, you already know that. This 15-minute connection call is for the mums who know they need support, but aren't sure on the specifics yet. Maybe you need to get a better sense of who I am, maybe you have a couple of questions. Whatever you need from this 15 minutes with me, it's yours. You don't need to have it together to show up. That's kind of the whole point.
